Kegel exercises are subtle contractions of the pelvic floor muscles—the same ones used to control urine flow. When strengthened through regular practice, these muscles can enhance sexual pleasure, improve bladder control, and support overall pelvic health. To begin, identify your pelvic floor muscles by stopping urination midstream. The gentle squeeze you feel is the motion of a Kegel.
